[TYPO3-dam] Newbie Question - Categories

I'm experiencing a realted problem. I have dam_catedit installed and I can
add categories but I don't get a category menu item under the dam media
menu. What gives? I'm using typo3 4.02 and dam_catedit 1.0.3
