[TYPO3-dam] dam_tv_connector

Hi there !

Because lately i had to connect dam and templavoila in a fce
and this was a real pain, i hacked a bit around and uploaded
a new extension "dam_tv_connector" to the TER.
this ext mainly injects two new editing types into the templavoila
backend and inserts the correct dam-arrays when generating the
xml for a DS.
it depends on dam_ttcontent, css_filelinks and dam_filelinks
for frontend output. so please see the documentation of this
exts for docs.

please test the ext a little bit because i dont know if i have
thought of all things i had to do to get it going.
