[TYPO3-dam] mmforeign causes troubles...

Hi Rupert,

as far as I have noticed, your patch seems to solve the problem. Before 
when I edited a DAM file always the category with the UID 1 got attached 
  to the selection. This doesn't happen any more. :-)

System: Wamp, PHP 4.3, TYPO3 4.0, latest DAM
