[TYPO3-dam] how to activate meta extraction services on windows?

Hi,

ok, I have spent a whole lot of time digging into this now, without
success. 
Can anybody tell me how to activate the services using external programs
like exiftags on windows?

The needed programs are available and the binPath should be configured
acordingly - I guess ;-)

[SYS][binPath] =
C:/WAMP/catdoc/win32/,C:/WAMP/xpdf/,C:/WAMP/exiftags/,C:/WAMP/UnixUtils/usr/local/wbin/
