These files exist for almost every online-multiplayer strategy game - 
but I don't think that they are all in xml-format or have the same 
data-structure - so that a general support would not be possible. So for 
every game there has to be a seperate service. (I don't think that e.g. 
starcraft-replys are xml - ok, starcraft is old - but still played and good)
