[TYPO3-dam] DAM Download Plugin & DAM Download List plugin ?

Hello,

Can you tell me, if I can use this two extension with the same manual ?

I want to using DAM "Download List" and not "DAM Download" because with this
second extension I can to choose the height position on screen more easy.

I haven't found documentation for "DAM Download List"
