[TYPO3-content-rendering] HTML5 longdesc is back

Hi Thomas

Just to inform you: The longdesc attribute apparently did not make it
into W3C Candidate Recommendation 6 August 2013. Looking at the img tag
in HTML5, the attribute is not listed.
