[TYPO3-content-rendering] Accessibility: File Links

Heyla Patrick,

FAL is also going to be finished under the BLE project as well. In what way can
we short-circuit this, so to speak, so we have the same finctionality when
working with FAL. Would it make sense to have contact with that team, so they
are aware of that?
