[TYPO3-content-rendering] Accessibility: File Links

Hi,

Reading the BITV again, I discovered this needs to be a short 
description of the icon, not the link. This means for file icons, it 
should describe it is an icon for a certain file, for thumbnails this 
could be the alt for the image as usual.
