hi list!

I really think the noBlur option should by default be 1 and not 0 as it 
is now.
Reason: It is not possible to tab through menus (keybordnavigation) when 
noBlur=0 and I just spent some time to find out why this is actually not 
working

just a suggestion, if I am wrong tell me ;)

p.s.: it is imo a useless option anyways, so lets completely remove it
