[TYPO3-content-rendering] wrap content element with optionsplit

morning,

so i use templa voila and have mapped an conten container, so i will wrap 
the last element with anoter or with no wrap and the other elements when i 
have more than one with an div class ="h-border", and when i have only one 
element, i dont need a wrap
