[TYPO3-content-rendering] What to do with the (old) standard templates?

It is really time to propose this. I can remember how all this templates have
confused me as a beginner. There was no hint, wich I needed to use and wich were
superflous or outdated. 99% I never needed.

To move the older ones to extensions seems a good proposal.

I wonder if the "Include static" is depreciatet itself if they go to extensions.
I think "Include static (from extensions)" would be enough and more flexible.
