I have uploaded my version as well.

One thought to the doc info

###TEXT_ITEM_SIZE###: ###SIZE###<br>###TEXT_ITEM
_CRDATE### ###CREATED### - ###TEXT_ITEM_MTIME### ###MODIFIED###

Currently the colon (:) is in the template. I suggest to move this into 
the TEXT_ITEM_SIZE label to easy i18n for languages that use other 
punctuation (perhaps Japanese).
