Hmm, I just noticed that removing the typolink is at least not as good 
as I thought - especially when the section-index is included on a 
different page ;)

Well, then see it as a solution for Newsletters with section-index (for 
which I use it) - or for indexes on the same site. Maybe I implement an 
if-clause for autoswitching if it is on the same site or not.
