[TYPO3-content-rendering] title attribute and typolink

Hi CRG,

When trying to use the newly added accessibility feature in the RTE I 
found that, as Stanislas mailed me, typolink does not allow the title 
attribute. This causes the link to be outputted in the 'old fashioned' 
id way and not transformed into a real URL, because rtekeep is added by 
the RTE. To me you can't use the new accessibility feature when the 
URL's are output that way.
