True, it was not as precisely formulated as it should have been.

I'm aware of this possibility and even doing this on some of my sites. 
It's what I meant when I spoke about "polishing" the classic concept. It 
would not only include "cleaner" TS. It should not be me having to take 
out the <p>s for the captions but me putting them in if I really want 
to...So besides css_styled_imgtext I'm arguing in favour of a revised 
tabular and semantically correct solution for IMAGE and IMGTEXT.

To clearify and sumarise my argument:

A. I'm not in favour of *changing*any backend behavior - especially not 
in conjuntion with the classic image concept.

B. I'm in favour of a cleaner TS/Table solution than the one we have now 
  which ships with the core.

C. I'd like a stable css_styled_imgtxt that does (but not necessarily 
has to do) most what the classic image concept provides plus mabey some 
extra features that might require *additional* backend forms.
