[TYPO3-community] Future of the community extension

Hi

I just read through the budget 2013 of the TYPO3 association and found out 
that the budget to develop the community extension was not approved. Really 
sad.

Is there a plan to get the group and ACL feature on the way? Maybe with 
external sponsoring?
