[TYPO3-commerce] t3lib_htmlmail Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the last step in the checkout process with Typo3 4.7.8.

The error message displayed ist the following:

Fatal error: Class 't3lib_htmlmail' not found
in /var/www/TYPO3CMS/typo3_src-4.7.8/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line
4855

I found out that htmlmail is deprecated and a swiftmail handler should
catch this exception.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work.

Can anybody give me a hint what I can do to solve this problem?
