[TYPO3-commerce] Different range of prices for delivery

Hello,

Is it possible to have different range of prices for a delivery entity?
I would like to have a certain price places within the origin country,
another price for countries within Europe and another price for rest of
the world, something like that.

I would also like free shipping if an order is higher than let's say 50 €.
