[TYPO3-commerce] upgrading installation

Maybe if somebody is interestet in this; commerce (newest trunk) seems
to work nice with Typo3 4.5, only problem i encountered till now is a
bug in Typo3 (see
http://bugs.typo3.org/bug_relationship_graph.php?bug_id=17372&graph=relation).
