[TYPO3-commerce] RFC 7738: basketStoragePid through setup

Hi Rik,

I'm at a bit of a loss as to why you would want to change the basket 
storage pid, I saw your other mail about two shops - but baskets arent' 
used by the store owner until they are converted to orders.
