[TYPO3-commerce] Remove Delivery Address from Checkout

hi list,
  I have the following requirement.
1)Can i reorder the checkout process
   E.g normal checkout process is
   Adresss->DeliveryAdress->Payment->CheckDetails->finish
  I want to reorder it to
Adresss->CheckDetails->Payment->finish.


2)
It the above thing is not possible.Is there a provision to Remove 
DeliveryAdress From the checkout process.
