[TYPO3-commerce] odscommercedelivery: Countries only in english

Hi,

i have here a strange behaviour of a dropdown of countries. In the ext. 
odscommercedelivery i get a dropdown of countries in the basketview.

But the language of the countries is English. On the next step 
(checkout) the language is German.

I have checked in ods_commerce_delivery\class.tx_odscommercedelivery.php 
  "$GLOBALS['TSFE']->tmpl->setup['config']" and it shows:
language = de
locale_all = de_DE.UTF-8
I think everything okay.
