[TYPO3-commerce] Commerce billing and delivery address in the confirmation email

it has to be something like this;
company,company;first_name,first_name;last_name,last_name;name,name;title,title;address,address;zip,zip;city,city;static_info_country,country;telephone,phone;fax,fax;email,email;www,www;zone,region;

but i think it should be ok if you didn't change anything...
