[TYPO3-commerce] commerce_ext - pdf-invoice

Hi Chris,

it's not a page id you enter there but the page _type nr_ this type is 
dependent on what pdf extension your using - the documentation for the 
pdf extension should say what type is uses ( eg for "print friendly" the 
type nr is 99 I belive )
