[TYPO3-commerce] No VAT for customers from foreign countries

Hi all, 

is there an extension for commerce which just charge the net-price for
customers (companies) depending on the country they are registered and
depending on the kind of usergroup they belong to? 

We need it in the case that a customer is a company and is from a foreign
country. Then the bill should not include the VAT.
