[TYPO3-commerce] dropdown for attribute values contains only one value

until now I used a patch from Sascha Egerer to get the attribute 
dropdown working: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=6511

Is there a patch for the current SVN-version?

Or should it normally work in the current version?
