[TYPO3-commerce] Allowing several fe_users with the same e-mail address in checkout

I could not find it on http://wiki.typo3.org/Commerce though. Is there
another wiki out there?

Eventually, after digging into the TS code, I found this:
   plugin.tx_commerce_pi3.createNewUsers
which, after setting it to 0, seems to do the job.
