[TYPO3-commerce] dynaflex/dynaflex_tut Fatal error

Hallo,

I just want to integrate dynaflex to my extension and try to figure out 
the possibilities. So I installed also dynaflex_tut. Adding the plugin 
to a page gives the same error as decribed at 
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=8796

TYPO3 4.2.5
Apache 2
PHP 5.2.4-2

Help or hints welcome.
