[TYPO3-commerce] Changing credit card information in checkout

Hey,

This because the payment module / method is given all the form data and 
asked to validate it every time the page is visited after the user has 
entered something. Because there is noting to indicate if it's an actual 
submit or we are just being provided with the data from an earlier 
submit we just have to validate and send the "success flag", otherwise 
payment would not be possible at all.

So to answer your question _I_ believe this to be a bug in commerce.
