[TYPO3-commerce] Fatal error when creating categories

[Cray Flatline]

I have fresh install:

Typo3 4.2.1
Commerce 0.9.6 from TER
Graytree 0.2.0 from TER


and when I'm trying to create some categories, it gives me error:

As I see, some file in graytree is missing. Where I can get last version
or this file?
