[TYPO3-commerce] Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated

Hello,

I get the same error, but I don't know what and where SVN is.

I found another thread about this problem 
(http://www.typo3.net/index.php?id=13&action=list_post&tid=60007&page=3), 
and that pointed to a file called "0006393.patch" for dynaflex. If this is a 
solution too, I don't know where I should put the file.
