[TYPO3-commerce] Loged user new order error

Hi Morten,

1) No it doesn't create an order.
2) No it doesn't send email to user/admin
3) There is not any error message, simply the last checkout page is refreshing itself.

I am using commerce extension with german tax rates, commerce ordernumber, downloads for commerce and order history editor 4 commerce.
