[TYPO3-commerce] Ratings and Comments extension should be integrated in the tx_commerce extension

Hi Martin

I think the question is if it should be done within dimitrys 
commdents/ratings extension, or within commerce, or even within a third 
extension.

I don't like the third extension concept, because there are already a 
lot of unmaintained extensions.
