[TYPO3-commerce] Enter Addresses before selecting Payment Method

Hi,

is there any possibility to change the order of the shopping process 
steps. The billing (and delivery) address should be entered before the 
user will choose the payment type. Is there a clean solution possible 
for example using hooks or is "hacking" of commerce code required to do 
this?

Any ideas?
