[TYPO3-commerce] commerce-workshop: Demo Shop

Hi,

as we started a demo shop at the commerce-workshop last weekend, my
question is how we continue developing (and deploying) it? What is still
missing? Who has the "lead" and is "responsible" for that demo site?
What about hosting? ....
I think that a working example is very helpful for making commerce more
popular and I would like to help bringing up the shop wherever I can.
