[TYPO3-commerce] different calculates per country in pi2 (tx_commerce)

we have two methods getPriceNet and getPriceGross 

and the part of class tx_commerce_pi3.php : $this->MYSESSION['delivery'] = $GLOBALS['TSFE']->fe_user->getKey('ses', 'delivery');

I am not sure if I understand you correctly but I assume you want to change the delivery costs depending on the delivery country. You can do this during the checkout process after the customer entered the delivery address. That would be in pi3. In pi2 this is not possible because usually you don't know the delivery address yet.
