[TYPO3-commerce] Add address field for state/region

Hello Jordan,
I'm interested in your extension. I was going to copy the system of the 
sr_feuser_register extension but now I'm curious to know about your 
technique. I wonder if it submits the form to refresh the list or if 
everything is handled by javascript.

Please let me know if you agree to send it.
