[TYPO3-commerce] Refresh of basket / session stored prices after login

Hi

The prices are currently stored in the session and not reloaded until a 
product is added to the basket.

If a customer does a login the permission related price changes don't 
influence the basket.

Another problem is, that the price does not change when you have a 
change in the database until the user has refreshed the basket.

I will do a fix by adding the products every time the basket is 
reloaded, but there hopefully is a better solution.
