[TYPO3-commerce] Creditcard but no online payment

I changed the payment articles that had no prices to 0.00 Euro.
That had the effect that the message disappeared. That was some time
ago. Now the customer called me and reported that the error is there
again.
I have two custom payment methods and a system delivery method.
All have prices (0.00 and 2.50)...

Any other hints, what causes this problems?
