[TYPO3-commerce] additional fields for tt_address cause problems - change needed

This behaviour was created with the new tt_address version 2.x.x, before 
company, first and middle name where missing. It's mainly the same with 
current problems with fe_users.
We have this point on file and will discuss it on T3CON end of this 
week. I think we will add a dependency to the new versions of 
sr_feuser_register and tt_address to commerce and remove those fields.
