the bug is already reported (http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=6189).

as i see this. the problem is, that the class which holds the hook 
function has the same name in feuser register and commerce. the problem 
arises because feuser register hooks itself to autocreate usernames from 
first and lastname entered in the create view of the extension. so the 
final solution should be to rename the class in commerce.
