[TYPO3-commerce] Problem with configuring checkout and delivery-costs

I just got it working. I had to apply a FE-group to the prices - even if 
I didn't intend to use FE-group based prices. Any idea why I have to 
define a group for the delivery prices to get them working but not for 
the regular articles (they also work without FE-groups)?

I tried to debug but failed so far.
