[TYPO3-commerce] SVN version of commerce disables page cache completely

Seems that I always read your name wrong - but I guess it's at least 
pronounced with 'i' right after the 'D' - right? :)

yes.

The latter is absolutely clear. But setting it to USER_INT should only 
be a temporarily solution. As I wrote, it IS possible to generate a 
'intelligent' cache - but therefor the basketHash has to be replaced by 
a 'userRights'-Hash (however it will be named) and the parameters in 
this cache must be adjustable (best with a hook) - so that the cache 
settings can be optimized for the customers needs. As I mentioned - I 
already did this (expect of the hook) and it seems to work fine - only 
the community and/or the commerce core-devs have to say that changing 
this is also sounds good to them and I'll provide a patch for that.
