I found that the workaround for the Category/Systemdata "[no title]" 
issue was to just set the attribute's internal title. This explains why 
one site didn't have this issue--internal title was already set for all 
attributes.

This is the only Commerce issue I've personally seen under 4.1, but I 
don't have any production Commerce sites yet.
