Hi ingo,

I am very interested in an implementation of this. I asked Volker to 
implement a delivery-module based on countries and weight. So it would 
be useful to see, what allready exists in order to avoid implementing 
something twice.

I would be nice, if you could pass your solution to me...

I can offer to coordinate this and look for donators
