Hi Timo,

This is the result of 'unclean' coding. Everybody that has the latest 
version of commerce installed sees this 'scary' warning under 
'information' in the extension manager.

It's nothing to worry about ;-)

And it is no hint to a solution to your problem.

I am currently investigating a shop setup that has the exact same isssue 
as you are having. When I find the solution I'll let you know.
