[TYPO3-commerce] COMMERCE 9.1 released

Hi,

we just released commerce 9.1

the most important thing, be carefull with pi6, since we change it to a 
template based extension.

We also fixed a lot of bugs, add a hook for own steps in the checkout
and added a first version of a hook documentation (see hooks.html in doc).
