[TYPO3-calendar] cal Indexer not working with Typo3 6.2.6

Hallo,

the cal Indexer doesn't dop anything with my Typo3 6.2.6 installation.
is there a possibiliity to start the indexer via console or something else?

First of all, i can't selevt a Folder, beacuse the Element-Browser 
inside the cal Indexer doesn't show up. (Firebug error: "NetworkError: 
404 Not Found - http://kaifu6.kaifu-lodge.de/typo3/jsfunc.tbe_editor.js" )

and yes, withn the installation of Typo3 6.2.6 there is no 
/jsfunc.tbe_editor.js inside the typo3 Folder.

So i tried to set this manually up with the "Firebug" to set the option 
to the page 7:
clicking the submit button afterwards show error see image/attachment
