[TYPO3-calendar] Release of cal 1.5.4

Hi list,

today cal version 1.5.4 got released :)

It contains some bug fixes (see below) but most important: it's
compatible with TYPO3 6.2.0, which is the next LTS version.

The following got fixed:

#57344 TYPO3 6.2 migration result
#55408 1st of month skipped with weekStartDay=Sunday and
useNewTemplatesAndRendering=1
#49146  Event in Listview breaks if title contains "|"
#49466 CalendarSelection
#47261 "External calendar" won't show deviations
#48611 FE: Ignores some dates if copied from another event /w Patch
#49069 Syntax error in documentation part "15.15. TypoScript Reference:
setup"
#48908 The option "classFile" of "..." in T3_SERVICES has been
deprecated, ...
